Singhify Returns and Refund Policy

Singhify is a print on demand store and as such, cannot offer returns, exchanges or refunds on products unless they are faulty. Please therefore take care in choosing your sizes (size charts are available in each product listing).

If you have recieved a faulty item or if there is some other issue with your order, please  contact us at support@singhify.com within 14 days of receieving your order.

How do I return a product?

If you need to return a faulty item, please email us at support@singhify.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include the following information:

  • Your Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • description of the fault – please include photo(s)

Please do not return any item until our support team have contacted you and provided return instructions as this may affect the speed and in some cases the ability to be refunded.

When will I be refunded?

If your return is accepted, you will normally be refunded within 3 working days of us receiving the item back.

Are there any reasons why I may not be refunded?

There are 3 common sense resons as to why you may not be refunded:

  • It is a personalised product
  • The product has clearly been worn or used
  • The product is not in its brand new condition with labels still on.

What about shipping costs for returns?

We do not cover shipping costs for returning the item to us unless the item is damaged/faulty.

Each product page has a size chart so it is important that you measure and order the correct size as we do not accept returns for wrong sizes.
